We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Control Engineer to join our team for a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role provides an exciting opportunity to oversee quality control for high-impact projects and ensure top-tier quality standards.

As a Senior Quality Control Engineer at Taqa Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control process across all stages of the project. You will ensure that the project adheres to the highest quality standards by reviewing materials, workmanship, and processes, implementing corrective actions where necessary, and ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations. This leadership role requires a high level of expertise and the ability to effectively guide the quality control team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development, implementation, and management of quality control procedures and systems across the project.
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and assessments on materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Supervise and guide the quality control team to ensure consistent quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify non-conformances or potential quality issues and take prompt corrective actions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop solutions for complex quality-related challenges.
- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of detailed quality control documentation, including inspection records, test results, and compliance reports.
- Conduct audits and continuous assessments to monitor the effectiveness of quality control processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all quality control activities meet or exceed local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior quality control engineers and staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality control matters with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in quality control management and familiarity with quality assurance best practices.
- Strong understanding of international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in managing and leading quality control teams.
- Ability to develop and enforce quality control systems and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address quality issues promptly.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively working with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- NEBOSH, ISO certification, or other relevant quality certifications are a plus.
