Currently, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality Control Engineer to join our team for a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Quality Control Engineer at Taqa Arabia, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest quality standards. Your role will involve monitoring materials, processes, and workmanship to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry regulations. You will collaborate closely with various teams to maintain quality assurance throughout the project's lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and plans in line with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and assess construction and operational processes for adherence to specifications, quality, and safety regulations.
- Identify any quality-related issues, discrepancies, or non-conformances, and work with project teams to resolve them.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, testing, and any corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with quality benchmarks and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and subcontractors on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure all activities comply with both local regulations and international quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the construction, energy, or industrial sectors.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, standards, and inspection methods.
- Experience with quality control tools, techniques, and documentation.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with team members, contractors, and management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
