Digital Intelligence
- Automation of current dashboard to be accessible on daily basis
- Create digital intelligence solution design and technical specifications based on requirements
- Analysis of web behavioral data and advanced segmentation using user-centric online and offline attributes
- Implement all needed web analytics projects (google tag manger/SEO etc)
- Thoroughly document all digital intelligence initiatives.

- Working with data lab team to develop different predictive model to increase digital migration strategy results
- Automation of the digital dashboard “MIS” to reach daily online/live dashboard as optimum increasing its efficiency, quality and accuracy
- Develop the needed digital analytics (web & Social) Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Build the group KPIs in terms of Digitally active customers, and customer satisfaction over digital channels, and create and execute the proper plans, with ownership to achieve them.
- Create management doashboards and KPI follow up animation tools and oversee with IT the proper data sources
- Conduct full periodic market scan & research to support the Digital Channels commercialization activities.
Digital Commercialization
- Build Commercialization plan geared at onboarding customers to the digital channels and ensuring continuous activation and usage over digital channels
- Develop, and execute integrated digital campaigns and strategies for all digital channels & products
- Identify, evaluate and improving campaigns to improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of service
- Animate branches, Digital Greeters, Call Centre, Squad team, Sales Development team etc. with campaigns, competitions, activation tasks, to fuel migration
- Create the content and material for trainings, for customer onboarding, for migration kits, pitching and special deals, closed community animation.
- Responsible to review and approve created content by the specialist, for customer onboarding guides, in-house developed videos, FAQ visual guides, and all material in both Arabic and English, requiring strong product knowledge, first hand experience with customers and their needs.
- Build with the marketing team the Loyalty program for Digital usage, and explore all possibilities to fuel customer migration.
- Strong product knowledge and experience with onboarding digital customers.
- Execute, and optimize media Digital campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn responsible for Digital campaign management activities.
- Build campaigns aimed towards increasing customer satisfaction over digital channels, increase usage and utilization for all digital channels.
- Manage and supervise the weekly, monthly and quarterly planning for commercialization campaigns, and tracking of each campaign activity
- Analyze portfolio trends and campaign results, and use as a basis for campaign building and activation/migration
- Manage and Integrate digital products campaigns with the aim of acquiring and increase digital channels utilization
- Formulate the strategic commercial annual plan for the digital channels.
- Monitor & deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs of existing campaigns; Prepare and present the outcome and results of the commercialization plan and campaigns activities
- Analyze and use data to inform new campaigns
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
- Working closely with related stakeholders to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell digital services
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- 10+ years of experience in Data Intelligence and automation, Social Media Analytics, Coding Algorithm language
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams required
- Ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrate an understanding and ability to connect Social, Paid Media and Web Analytics Monitoring tools to gain integrated marketing insights
- Managerial/Leadership skills
