Guiding and driving the creation and execution of synergy initiatives within the organization. This role entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams to pinpoint collaboration opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance resource optimization for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- The scope includes Giza Systems and subsidiaries of all entities.
- **Key KPIs include**:

- Stakeholder Management
- Change Management
- Conflict Resolution
- Feedback and Communication
- Process Improvement
- Have a strong understanding of Giza (including subsidiaries) portfolio & structure.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify synergy opportunities for operational efficiency, cost savings, and improved business performance.
- Guide stakeholders through the fulfillment process.
- **Outcome Measurement**:

- Measure engagement outcomes qualitatively and quantitatively.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Foster collaboration and communication across departments to identify and implement synergy opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops for cross-functional problem-solving.
- **Change Management and Reporting**:

- Develop and execute change management plans for smooth synergy initiative implementation.
- Establish mechanisms to track and report on performance metrics to senior management.
- **Feedback and Communication**:

- Gather consistent feedback from internal teams for improvement and innovation.
- **Engagement Management**:

- Work with Giza, Giza subsidiaries, and stakeholders to ensure the success of engagements.
- Maintain executive relationships and act as an escalation point within engagements, ensuring tight stakeholder alignment.
- Provide the required support to all Lines of Business & subsidiaries companies, in running engagements.
- Analyze existing processes, workflows, and systems for standardization and improvement.
- Ensure all Lines of Business & subsidiaries companies are aligned and aware of the running opportunities & other engagements.

**Personal Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering, management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Strong Team Management Skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience in project management, process improvement, or business optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for synergy.
- Change management expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and overcome resistance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering
