Provide critical support throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up. Additionally, assist in running and monitoring marketing campaigns focused on upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, and follow up on sales proposals to help close more deals.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to their questions, resolving account issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll also work with our vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain our CRM and other internal systems. You'll be responsible for accurate sales records and preparing reports for both the sales and finance departments. You'll also use customer data to identify new sales opportunities and optimize our outreach efforts.
- Work closely with the marketing, technical, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
