**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Customer Interaction**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding property listings, availability, pricing, and other real estate-related information.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- ** Lead Generation and Qualification**:
- Contact potential leads from marketing campaigns or referrals and assess their real estate needs.
- Qualify prospects by identifying their preferences, budget, and timelines.
- Schedule property viewings and meetings for sales agents when required.
- ** Client Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide regular updates and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect and manage client feedback to improve service delivery.
- ** Administrative Tasks**:
- Record and update client details, interactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Prepare call reports, summaries, and follow-up notes.
- Assist with documentation and coordination for property deals as needed.
- ** Market Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property listings, and industry updates.
- Communicate property features and benefits effectively to clients.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- ** Language Skills**:
- High command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- ** Experience**:
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service real estate role is mandatory.
- T**echnical Proficiency**:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and call center tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
