Inspeccionar el aseo personal y la vestimenta del personal y rectificar cualquier deficiencia. Cumplir con las tareas de apertura y cierre, como organizar las provisiones y los instrumentos necesarios, limpiar todo el equipo y las áreas, cerrar las puertas con llave, etc. Inspeccionar la organización, limpieza y utilización del método FIFO en las áreas de depósito. Completar los inventarios programados y abastecer y pedir las provisiones necesarias. Controlar la disponibilidad de asientos, el servicio, la seguridad y el bienestar de los huéspedes en los comedores. Realizar las órdenes de trabajo para las reparaciones de mantenimiento.
