- Preparing emergency and evacuation plans and following up their implementation in accordance with the standards and requirements of the facility.
- Develop plans to replace and renew firefighting equipment.
- Preparing reports of non-conformity with the risks of the changing work environment and determining the corrective and preventive measures for it.
- Submit reports on serious accidents, death and occupational diseases to the director of the department and notify the Manpower Office of the Safety Department.
- Spreading cultural and preventive awareness of occupational safety and health about training, daily short lectures, and publishing weekly and permanent sign boards.
- Preparing for the convening of the occupational safety and health committees and following up on the implementation of the committee's recommendations.
- Activate the site's security plan and indicate its feasibility and the gaps in it.
- Establishing the functional tasks of the security points in the sites and Follow up on the initiation of the personnel of the security companies for the job tasks at the sites.
- Submit the monthly report on the evaluation of the security performance of the security companies in each location.
- Reviewing the movement of movables (exit - return) and matching them with the necessary books and permits, with reviewing the weekly inventory submitted by security companies.
- Preparing reports on daily accidents at each site and the results of investigations into those accidents.
- Preparing reports of non-conformance cases and implementing corrective actions with their feasibility.
- Preparing fire prevention and control plans.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keeps updated on changes to procedures and requirements relating to security checks and compliance. Includes participating in training/learning events and reading updates provided.
- Performs miscellaneous security and administrative duties in accordance with management/team leader instructions. May include providing operational cover in contingency situations.
