In Egypt, Siemens Mobility is delivering one of the country’s first high-speed rail system. This landmark project, spanning approximately 2,000 kilometers, will connect 60 cities across Egypt, transforming transportation for both passengers and goods. Today, we are recruiting for a **Rolling Stock HSE Officer**to join our team in **Egypt**. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- You will implement and monitor HSE procedures across Rolling Stock worksites.
- You will support contractors and subcontractors in maintaining safety standards.
- You will supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with Egyptian law and international safety standards.
- You will align with HSE requirements set by the consortium and contractors.
- You will conduct risk assessments and review safe systems of work.
- You will ensure site personnel are trained and authorized.
- You will lead weekly toolbox talks and promote a culture of safety.

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the HSE field.
- You hold a recognized HSE certification (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH, OFQUAL).
- You have hands-on experience in lifting operations and conducting audits.
- You demonstrate a strong project management mindset with proven delivery capabilities.
- You possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- You have a full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic; German is a plus.
