**Company**: MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt) - **Job Purpose**: Provide technical support to products and customers and handle all related issues **Job Duties and Responsibilities**: Communicate with ACT system handling of complaints and warranty claims Monitor the VOR buses and manage with the market team Communicate with the Engineering department and the factory for all the customer and product issues Provide the training materials for the components supplier from external supplier Provide maintenance intervals and repair information Follow up the service engineering of repair methods and the timings needed Communicate with the customer to get the requirements and handle it in a good way Advise the management team regarding the availability of spare parts, options, high demand items Follow up the creation cycle of spare parts catalogue Follow up the creation cycle of driver hand book Follow up the service engineering of repair methods and the timings needed Manage supplier non-conformances and Supplier Deviation Request (SDR) activities (internal and external suppliers) Support the customer for any requirement Undertake any additional tasks as required **Job Skills and Abilities**: Fluent English High Skills in Computer Applications Such As "AutoCAD, MS Word and Excel Problem-solving skills Good time management skills Analytical and research skills Good communication skills **Qualifications**: BSC in Engineering (Mechanical, Power or Production) 0-3 years of experience Technical background in Mechanical Processes
