MBIS resides on purpose-built premises, combining modern and Arabic architecture, in leafy Maadi, historically an ex-pat area of Cairo. Our school site incorporates a fully equipped theatre, indoor swimming pool and athletics track as well as specialist classrooms, labs, library, and music rooms. Our not-for-profit school has developed a vibrant and welcoming environment that provides a world-class British education for every pupil who enters its doors. **The role**
- We are looking to recruit a talented, creative and team-oriented Arabic Teacher who is committed to providing the best education for our children._
**Interested applicants should**:
- Be a resident in Egypt and have the right to work in Egypt without a work permit.
- Demonstrate an understanding of MFL teaching in an international school setting.
- Have the minimum of intermediate fluency in spoken English.
- Hold a recognized teaching qualification.
- Have at least 2 years successful qualified teaching experience (including experience of working with the Arabic GCSE)
- Demonstrate a real passion for learning, an understanding of best practice and a desire to continually improve.
- Be committed and hard-working, with high expectations of themselves and the children in their care.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong collegiality and a drive to support whole school development.
- Have real creative flair.
- Possess a positive team-spirit and a good sense of humor.
