Sustainability & Esg Reporting Senior Specialist

**What you’ll do**:
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Manage the quarterly data collation and annual digital publication of Vodafone’s sustainability report.
- Develop and implement strategies for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on ESG data.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to ESG reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving sustainability practices.
- Communicate ESG performance and purpose stories to external stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other channels.
- Stay current on emerging trends in ESG and sustainability reporting.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sustainability, or related field.

Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability reporting.
- Experience in sustainable development & public outreach programs is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, analysis, and project management
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.
- Ability to learn and work in an entrepreneurial and innovative mode.
- Certification in sustainability reporting (e.g. GRI Standards Certified Training) is a plus.
