- Contribute to the formation of a key element of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights, to ensure that the strategy meets business needs.
- Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
- Help design and implement a compliance program, liaising with the regulator to ensure the program adheres to regulatory and compliance standards. This may also or alternatively involve supervising the activities of a regulatory/compliance team.
- Develop internal communications plans and work collaboratively with other departments to improve internal relationships and build a strong understanding of regulation and registration requirements.
- Develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of external communications with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.
- Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.

Ability to commute/relocate:
