As a Senior Content Marketer at ConvertedIn, you will play a vital role in driving our content strategy and creating compelling, engaging, and conversion-focused content. Your expertise in crafting captivating narratives, developing content plans, and executing content campaigns will be essential to our success.

**About the role**:

- Deliver high-quality, compelling content across various formats, including blog articles, podcasts, newsletters, videos, and social media posts.
- Content Promotion; use social channels to promote content, manage our monthly newsletter and write guest blogs.
- Develop and execute a strategic content marketing plan to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This includes refining target audience personas, content themes, and channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Creatively supports the effective use of technology to solve business problems
- Oversees implementations of campaigns from brief to final reporting phase including driving, defining and feedback on quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, content quality and collaboration.
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language for user success

**Requirements**:
**Who you are?**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editorial judgment
- Content marketing experience for a B2B Technology business.
- 5 - 7 years of demonstrated expertise creating and managing B2B content across multiple channels (blog, podcast, social media, etc.)
- Native English language proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in content marketing, including content creation, strategy development, and campaign execution
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong focus on storytelling and creating impactful content
- Willingness to adapt and go the extra mile to drive company success across content.
- Familiarity with content management systems and tools for content distribution and measurement
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating innovative and engaging content
- Strong understanding of target audience personas and the ability to tailor content to their needs
