Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the Digital Transformation strategic advisory arm of SAP’s Customer Success Board area. We assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP investments. Our team draws on insights, experience from thousands of SAP customers. BTS works with customers at the program level and more broadly at the enterprise level to mobilize, deliver, and measure strategic business outcomes. Our vision is to drive business value and successful outcomes by helping our customers understand how best to leverage, implement and optimize SAP solutions for the industries in which they operate.

**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

Digital Business Services support our customers in their digital transformation. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer.

**EXPECTATION AND TASKS**
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.

**MANDATORY SKILLS**
- 5+ years working experience.
- At least 1-2 years of implementing LMS solutions.
- Strong HR practitioner background/domain knowledge in several fields, with emphasis in general HR and Staffing, including compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.
- Experience with managing quality assurance processes for software implementations.
- Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRIS Engineers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction, collaboration, and self-learning.
- Knowledge of XML or HTML would be a plus.
- Excellent English oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with shifting priorities at the same time.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to HR, such as GDPR or HIPAA, to ensure adherence to legal requirements in solution design and implementation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact project delivery.
- Experience working in multicultural teams or with international clients, facilitating effective collaboration and communication across diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Familiarity with change management principles and techniques, supporting smooth transitions for end users during system implementations or upgrades.

**PREFERABLE SKILLS**
- Good Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solution.
- Understanding of integration concepts and technologies, including API management and data exchange protocols, to facilitate seamless integration between SAP HCM and other enterprise systems.
