- Profound understanding of SAP Education business processes and business-related KPIs with proven ability to lead initiatives, report progress, and deliver on milestones
- Solid knowledge of SAPs IES Processes
- Excellent knowledge of Agile Software Engineering, CI/CD practices, profound experience in working in SAFe set up
- Experience and ability to lead the ART as part of the SAFe operating model
- Strong ability to analyze complex process problems
- Passion to challenge the status quo, strive for improvements and drive transformational efforts
- Very good knowledge transfer, visual communication, and information management skills
- Empathy & user centricity is key
- Proven excellence in collaborating with stakeholders from diverse areas all over SAP
