As a vital component of the Danish-Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, GGJAP focuses on fostering Youth Employment and Green Jobs in Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, and Tunisia within the MENA region. By supporting local small and medium-sized enterprises, GGJAP aims to catalyze green growth and create opportunities for young women and youth.

**About the Role**

Flat6Labs is looking for a Program Manager to join our team on the Green Growth & Jobs Accelerator Project (GGJAP) in Egypt. As a professional, you will be responsible for supporting SMEs in their day-to-day activities as well as leading the program team in organizing cycle processes, documentation, and events. This role would suit a highly proactive, technology-savvy, and organized individual who is passionate about creating impact.

Also, as a Program Manager, you will be required to lead the process and the operations of the program, design and implement an effective business strategy to position the program as a high-quality leading ecosystem development program locally and internationally, help build relationships, and establish partnerships with local and international partners.

**Main Responsibilities**

Strategic Planning:

- Develop, drive, and implement the program.
- Identify partnership opportunities and establish local and international partnerships.
- Identify business objectives and goals in coordination with management and ensure their execution.

Budget Management:

- Manage program budget, and supervise financial controlling for program spending and procurement.

Team Management:

- Effectively manage the program team, build a culture of team collaboration, and ensure team members are well-oriented on the Flat6Labs process.
- Oversee training and mentorship programs for the SMEs and assist in recruiting mentors, trainers, and speakers.

Stakeholder Management:

- Periodically report program progress to management.
- Report the status of the program and SMEs to key stakeholders.

Accelerator Implementation Management:

- Lead pre-accelerator and accelerator phases as per the program guidelines.
- Lead the scouting process for SMEs, experts, mentors, and potential financial institutions.
- Oversee virtual & physical workshops and events.
- Support SMEs during the program and ensure they respond to all queries or challenges they are facing
- Oversee the onboarding/offboarding journey for all SMEs.
- Advise on the business development affairs that might open doors to opportunities for SMEs

Communication:

- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the program and its events are well advertised locally.
- Establish relationships with the entrepreneurial community in the region.
- Supervise the organization and logistics of all program events and assist in putting together the invitee list and inviting different guests and potential investors.
- Ensure effective communication with the UNDP country office and F6L regional team.

Marketing & Outreach:

- Oversee social media strategy to amplify UNDP messaging.
- Manage outreach to partner networks and previous beneficiaries.
- Organize informational sessions to present the program.
- Develop a comprehensive outreach strategy aligned with UNDP branding.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

- Establish effective project management and monitoring mechanisms, and ensure timely delivery of program cycles.
- Ensure all the data are collected and verified according to the guidelines and process provided.

Risk Management:

- Manage program budget, and supervise financial controlling for program spending and procurement.
- Identify partnership opportunities and provide oversight on establishing local and international partnerships.

Reporting:

- Periodically report program progress to management and donor.
- Report the status of the program and SMEs to key stakeholders and ensure reports are submitted on time.

Compliance:

- Follow and perform the Flat6Labs process, and ensure it is well communicated to different team members.
- Fully handle and manage the selection process of SMEs to be inducted into the program cycles.

Continuous Improvement:

- Continuously improve team collaboration and orientation on the Flat6Labs process.
- Assist in recruiting high-quality mentors, trainers, and speakers for the program.

**Requirements**:

- A Master's degree in business administration & management, or any other related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in business advisory, finance, and investment or management consulting projects.
- At least 4 years of facilitation experience (conducting workshops and meetings with company leader
