**What you’ll do**
- Achieve sales target and assigned Sales KPIs in line with our policies and procedures.
- Promote AstraZeneca portfolio and services by providing the latest and most relevant data and information to the right customer at the right time.
- Support Healthcare professionals’ decision and optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way.
- Use all available data sources to build, dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.
- Demonstrate advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and improve customer experience for the benefit of patients.
- Maintain a deep and current knowledge of the industry, trade association, competitors and buyer dynamics and focus your effort on customer opportunities.
- As per the business model, this position will cover territories inside Cairo and outstation (other governorates) as well.

**Essential for the role**

Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:

- 2-3 years of experience in Pharma commercial / Science backgroun
- Asthma Market experience is essential
- Biologics experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English/ Arabic
- Proven Sales track records within Key accounts and hospital management.
- Good Presentation skills and robust contacts with hospitals and physicians’ networks
- Wide geographical and remote coverage with Omnichannel learning agility
- Demonstrating a dynamic and competitive market intelligence
- Ability to build high quality territory management and account mapping
- Demonstrating high quality KEEs management and customer profiling
