The Intern will be responsible for Analog/mm-wave circuit design. Tasks will include Analog/mm-wave circuit design at the transistor level, design capture, layout, 3-D electromagnetic modeling of on-chip passives, analog/mm-wave circuits simulations and verification, documentation, test and evaluation. Position will also assist Sr. Design Engineer in performing detailed circuit design of mm-wave amplifiers, LNAs, power amplifiers, mixers, switches, attenuators, VGAs, vector modulators, VCOs in CMOS, and HBT technologies.
