**Role Brief**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. Responsible for tracking a company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports. Analyse monthly variances and report deviations from plan to management. Propose process/cost improvement initiatives.

Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.

Conduct variance analysis to compare business performance against the budget and forecasts.

Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making regarding strategic initiatives, capital investments, and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into financial planning.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Support the month-end and quarter-end close process by providing accurate financial analysis.

Assist in the preparation of presentations to the Board of Directors and Executive Management Team.

Stay informed of industry trends and the competitive landscape to assess the financial impact on the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the tech or food service industry is a plus.
