**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a secretary or in an HR-related role.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of Saudi HR regulations and procedures is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the management team.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the HR department in various tasks, including employee onboarding and HR paperwork.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
