Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas, bakers, and front-of-house staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional experience for all customers, from greeting to serving, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Management: Oversee the quality of all food and beverages, ensuring that every item meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Manage inventory levels for both food and beverages, ensuring proper stock rotation and ordering to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and cleanliness.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control costs, track sales, and help with budgeting to ensure profitability.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the kitchen team to refresh and update the menu, incorporating seasonal offerings, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Marketing and Promotions: Assist with marketing efforts to promote new products, seasonal specials, and events, both online and in-store.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in food and beverage management, ideally in a café, bakery, or similar setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and train a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for quality food, coffee, and desserts.
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
