Manage, maintain, and optimize our Linux-based infrastructure, including servers, virtual machines, and containers.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Linux systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
- Configure and deploy new Linux systems as per project requirements.
- Utilize automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to streamline deployment processes and maintain consistency across environments.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard Linux systems against potential threats.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies for Linux systems.
- Regularly test recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and recovery readiness during system failures or disasters.
- Set up monitoring tools to track system performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Proactively tune Linux systems for optimal performance, scalability, and resource utilization.

**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator in a production

environment.
- Proficiency in administering Linux distributions such as CentOS or Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, or Xen) and containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for

automating infrastructure deployment and management.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl for automation and system

administration tasks.
