We are searching for an ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to drive the growth strategy across the entire customer journey. In this role, you'll identify and implement high-impact strategies that optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement growth strategies across the entire funnel, from awareness to retention, with a primary focus on customer acquisition and engagement.
- Lead rapid experimentation of new marketing channels, techniques, and partnerships to discover effective growth drivers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on growth KPIs like LTV, CAC, and retention rates.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to optimize the customer lifecycle.
- Develop and manage referral and loyalty programs to enhance user engagement.
- Stay current with growth marketing trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
- Proven ability to identify and test innovative growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL, etc.).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Creative, data-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Successful Historic Projects
- Fluent in Arabic and English
