Service Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:
The Jobholder will be a key member of the Service team who will be responsible for customer accounts, searching for new opportunities related to plant extensions, revamps, spare parts, and field services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage existing Customers to promote and develop the service portfolio in the market.
- Manage customer service needs, requirements to reach customer & company targets.
- Maintain customer relationship.
- Aquire & develop leads & opportunities with customer that are in line with company service portfolio & develop the business as required.
- Lead & Opportunity Management on CRM system and develop reports from CRM dashboards weekly
- Maintain on CRM Clients contact & data clarification for customer account lead/opportunity
- Present the company to new clients to increase market coverage
- Participate in Conferences & exhibitions
- Analyze competitors' practices (price, technologyetc) and market updates.
- Provide regular weekly/monthly service reports/status/meeting minutes/travel reports regarding customers/opportunities/ offers/ orders received
- Follow up on running projects with customers as account manager.
- Follow company procedures with respect to the sales process.
**Your profile**:
**Requirements**:
- Degree in BSC Chemical Engineering.
- 10- 15 years experience in the Fertilizer Industry
- Technical Background in the industry (maintenance, operation)
- Specializing in either process or mechanical engineering.
- Microsoft products, MS. Project user
