**Job Description**:
**Position Overview**:
We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Product Design Lead to lead the charge in our design endeavors. As the creative force behind user experience, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of Mcledger. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker to make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing industry.
- ** User Research**:

- Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, through user interviews, testing, experiments, data analysis.
- Translate user insights into design strategies that align with business goals.
- Analise the journey and funnel.
- ** Design Systems**:

- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and evolve the design system.
- ** Interaction Design**:

- Craft intuitive and engaging interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions.
- ** Wireframing**:

- Create detailed wireframes outlining the structure and flow of product features.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Creating and analyzing
- ** A/B Testing**:

- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize and improve product features.
- Analyze results and iterate on designs for continuous enhancement.
- ** Heatmaps and Metrics**:

- Utilize heatmaps, clickmaps and metrics to gain insights into user behavior and inform design decisions.
- Incorporate customer feedback and usability findings to refine designs.
- ** Process**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Use ideation techniques to generate ideas that address user needs and provide value.
- Analyze how new products align with market needs and consumer preferences.
- ** UI Design**:

- Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces in alignment with the brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements.
- Prototyping for ideas and MVPs and POCs
- ** Concept and Usability Testing**:

- Conduct concept and usability testing to gather feedback for iterative improvement.
- Ensure designs meet both user expectations and business objectives.
- Design audits and reviews.
- ** Competitor and Industry Analysis**:

- Keep abreast of competitors' products and industry trends.
- Use insights to inform design decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
- ** Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design efforts with overall business strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Strong expertise in user research and usability testing, with experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research sessions.
- In-depth understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design, with a focus on creating intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience in developing wireframes and prototypes testing design ideas with real users to assess value and mitigate risks.
- Experience with tools similar to Hotjar, Figma, XD
- Experience with the aspects mentioned in the previous section.
