Finance and Tax Supervisor

Demonstrate deep functional knowledge, had breadth of experiences to work autonomously on the most complex business issues, may assist Leadership with strategy development
- Proactively analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget and prior year) to identify trends, risks and optimize business results
- Prepare reporting package with insight for monthly operating review and /or Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), anticipating logical questions based on content
- Operate autonomously, where ambiguity and time constraints exist
- Lead the budget and MTP development. Analyze trends to establish bold yet achievable targets
- Lead financial analysis as a member of cross functional teams (e.g. OpEx, new business opportunity)
- Provide coaching / mentorship to new employees / interns
- Effectively communicate financial performance and results of analysis performed to Senior Finance Leadership and key business partners anticipating questions
- Proactively seeks opportunities to grow (e.g. develops new skills, attend training opportunities, network, feedback)

This role manages and supports all financial and tax related activities, administrative processes required in Egypt for OnStar operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining Tax compliance for OnStar Egypt operations
- Handling Tax accounting and supporting Tax reporting for the entity: such as WHT, Excise Tax, VAT, CIT, Payroll tax, Stamp Tax
- SAP maintenance to comply with local tax and reporting regulations
- Supplier onboarding and document and invoice handling to ensure tax compliance for OnStar Egypt
- Support and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.
- Assist in all areas of administrative processes required by OnStar Egypt Managing Director
- Coordinate local government interactions and legislations
- Bank relationship support and coordination

This role will work closely with the Managing Director of OnStar Egypt, GM Egypt Tax Manager, Global Tax Team and report into the Finance Manager of OnStar Middle East Operations

**Education**:

- Business and Finance qualifications to a degree level
- Appropriate Finance certifications - Egypt Accounting & Tax degree. Preferably, Master in Taxation, CPA certification.
