This role is perfect for someone passionate about SEO, marketing, and technology. Working with a team of creative marketing people, you will bring your SEO expertise to the team to improve our website rankings, organic traffic, and identify the main keywords that lead to conversion.

**Role and Responsibilities of the SEO Specialist**:

- Take Ownership and strategic direction over our SEO campaigns and work with the marketing team on improving our SEO.
- Periodically create reports on our SEO efforts.
- Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on-page content revisions based on performance targets and objectives.
- Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools to identify the main keywords for our SEO research.
- Identify the main keywords and find ways to improve our ranking for those keywords including content suggestions.
- Works on complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATION to SUCCEED as a FLAIRSTECH SEO Specialist:

- 4-6 years’ experience in the organic search industry, with a minimum of 2 years of personally managing SEO strategies.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Agency Analytics, SEMRush, Sitebulb, etc. to analyze organic search and analytics data to make specific data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.
- Demonstrated passion for growing SEO skills and implementing feedback.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities.
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders with varied levels of SEO or digital marketing knowledge.
- Ability to educate and share industry knowledge with less experienced team members.
- Ability to remain agile and collaborative in a constantly evolving work environment.

Definitely a plus:

- Prior experience in the North American Market
