About the job Senior Supervisor, Revenue Assurance

**Purpose of the job**

Promoting the RA concepts and philosophy internally to ensure the long-term establishment of RA ideology within the corporate culture of Orange.

**Duties and responsibilities**

1. Evaluate periodically the revenue assurance controls and assure their efficiency

2. Apply/ enhance the revenue assurance controls in coordination revenue assurance teams and other stakeholders.

3. Make sure that all revenue assurance controls are mapped to the shareholder set of controls.

4. Assist the revenue assurance manager in building the responding to revenue assurance issues raised by management or auditors.

5. Make sure that the revenue assurance operational KPI?s are met and report / escalate any deviation to the RA manager.

6. Report the revenue assurance performance dashboard and financial reports to the revenue assurance manager and the concerned departments.

7. Manage the RA team and co-ordinate RA activities and work Distribution

**Job specifications**:
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

**Experience**.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience In The Same Function.

**Skills and abilities**
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong Customer Orientation.
- Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
- Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
- High sense of time management.
