Saludar y acompañar a los huéspedes a sus habitaciones. Abrir las puertas y ayudar a los huéspedes/visitantes que entran y salen de la propiedad. Informar a los huéspedes sobre las comodidades, servicios y horas de operación de la propiedad, y áreas de interés y actividades locales. Identificar y explicar las funcionalidades de las habitaciones a los huéspedes (es decir, cómo usar la llave de la habitación, mini bar, áreas donde se encuentra el hielo y las máquinas expendedoras, caja fuerte de la habitación, servicios de lavandería personalizados). Llevar el equipaje de los huéspedes a y desde sus habitaciones o área de botones designada. Ayudar a almacenar y recoger el equipaje. Ayudar a los huéspedes y visitantes a entrar y salir de los vehículos, incluyendo cargar y descargar el equipaje. Ofrecer a los huéspedes instrucciones para llegar a sus destinos. Tramitar el transporte (es decir, taxi, servicio de minibús) para huéspedes/visitantes, y anotar las solicitudes de transporte por adelantado según sea necesario. Comunicar los procedimientos de estacionamiento a los huéspedes/visitantes.
