**Responsibilities**
- Manage and file all documentation which generates a relationship between the Company

and the employee, processing the employee files, in line with the established procedure.
- Attend to employee queries in labor relations matters with the Company (pay, timetables,

holidays, leave, etc.).
- Manage employee settlements.
- Process and control possible attendance incidents (sick leave, absenteeism, holidays).
- Make the relevant queries to the official and/or social bodies with respect to personnel

administration procedures.
- Handles Contract Signing and documents collection for all new hires.
- Weekly and monthly visits to the social insurance and labor offices for employees’ social

insurance registration and de-registrations
- Participate in other HR functions such as payroll, and employees daily inquiries
- Handling resignation, dismissal (exit process) and taking actions required
- Creating and maintaining Employees Masterfile and personnel records

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of Experience as a Personnel Specialist
- University Graduate
- Experience in the BPO Industry is a PLUS
- Very good English Level
