Maintaining physical and digital personnel files like employment contracts, personal
- Update internal sheet with new hire information. Including all the details.
- Prepare payroll by calculating days off and working days.
- Posting and removing job ads for the required position in the company.
- Schedule job interviews in collaboration with the department heads or the concern person and
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days

they’re eligible for)
- Handling the onboarding and offboarding process including arranging the systems for the new

joiners and keeping the signed asset receiving forms.
- Responsible for handling office supplies (pantry material, stationary, scanning) etc.
- Organizing meetings and taking minutes.
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records.
- Handling Medical Insurance and social Insurance documentations by collaborating with the

medical insurance companies.
- Dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authority and
others.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of HR forms affecting salary.
- Meet legal requirements.
- Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and

procedures.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management and commensurate with the level of this

post.
- Foster a positive work environment with a good team spirit including wider support teams.
- Any other task assign by the management.
