Sales Director

Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in branches. - Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. - Holds regular meetings with branches’ sales managers to ensure that the sales process in on the right track. - Supports the equitable assignment of sales force targets and ensures targets are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources. - Provides assistance to all sales organization to ensure that objectives are assigned effectively - Conducts performance surveys every 6 months to evaluate the sales force team. - Works closely with sales team to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. - Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported. - Working with top management, accounting, and Human Resources to ensure the implementation of company’s policy. - Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan. - Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan. - Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field. - At least 7 years experience in real estate. - Must Have a car - Excellent communication and soft skills.
