**Position Summary**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Lead the recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire the best available workforce.
- Partners with Line Manager/Department Heads in setting the talent acquisition plans and strategies.
- Proactively managing the recruitment process so that it meets the required standards of quality, efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness.
- Ensuring all job descriptions are up to date including all the dimensions.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition annual budget.
- Identify solutions to enhance cost-effectiveness and increase operational efficiency using different methods including but not limited to utilizing ATS, different sourcing strategies, etc..
- Liaising with L&D to design and conduct recruitment training for hiring managers as required.
- Planning and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants and promote Methanex Egypt as employer of choice.
- Research and choose suitable job advertising and job board options.
- Representing the business at career events/fairs, employer branding and maintaining strong relationships with the universities/communities around the business.
- Using recruitment data and market trends to establish periodic reports providing information and market insights.
- Ability to adapt to continually changing business needs, work environments, and handle multiple projects.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Experience/Knolwedge:

- 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a high paced complex organization.
- Experience conducting competency based interviews, as well as reading and interpreting different forms of psychometric assessments.
- Experience in ATS.
- Preferred to have experience in O&G, Chemicals, or manufacturing industries.
- Education/Training:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Preferred having specialized HR Certificate, including CIPD, SHRM-CP, or CHRP.
- Skills/other requirements:

- English Fluency
- Customers Service orientated
- Excellent communication skills
