Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the Human Capital Management sector, is actively seeking **Business Development Specialist** to join the dynamic team in **Cairo.**

The** BD Specialist**drives client acquisition and builds long-term relationships aligned with our growth strategy. Through market research, lead generation, and strategic planning, they identify opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction while acting as a key link between clients and internal teams.

**Key Accountability**:

- Identify and qualify leads to build a strong client pipeline.
- Meet monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue goals.
- Develop and present customized service proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
- Provide market insights to support recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Manage activities and reporting through our CRM (Odoo).

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in business development
- Proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in the services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining documentation.
- Experience in Saudi and GCC market is preferable.
