Your role:

- Analyze customer needs, design and build solutions
- Conduct development effort estimations.
- Consistently create quality software that meets specific design and requirements on stated timelines.
- Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback.

- Expert in Python, at least one Python Web Framework such as Django, Flask, etc.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming
- Have led & be able to handle and monitor team of Developers
- Experience in PostgreSQL database
- Experience in HTML, XML, JavaScript, and Jquery
- Experience with GIT or equivalent source control
- 3+ Years experience in Odoo
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
- Solid knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Technical and Functional knowledge of standard modules like PoS, Sales, Purchase, Inventory
