**Senior Commercial Director**
The Senior Commercial Director will lead the Commercial team focused on Saudi Arabia, based in Egypt with frequent trips to Riyadh, KSA. You will play a key role in developing and implementing Commercial strategies that align with Taager’s business strategy and objectives and help to create a productive and engaging environment for the team you lead. You will be covering Saudi Arabian teams based in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
As the Senior Commercial Director, you will be responsible for building our commercial e-commerce categories infrastructure and ensuring we are taking the best possible commercial strategy. You will be responsible to oversee the commercial strategy for Taager’s Saudi Arabian business and how to grow the business within the market. The Senior Commercial Director will manage the entire relationship with key accounts through Taager’s Account Management team. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement effective commercial strategies that align with our business objectives. You will also lead the commercial team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure they are able to deliver on their objectives.

**Role Responsibilities**:
- You will own Taager’s topline and margins in Saudi Arabia.
- You will develop and execute the commercial strategy for Taager’s Saudi Arabia business, with a focus on revenue growth and merchant acquisition.
- You will identify and prioritize new revenue streams and business opportunities to drive growth.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch winning products and services.
- You will manage the commercial team and provide coaching and support to ensure they are able to meet their objectives.
- You will actively build your team with suitable talent as the business grows.
- You will work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive merchant acquisition and engagement.
- You will analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- You will monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring that the commercial team is meeting targets.
- You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
