**Job overview**:
We seek an experienced and reflective team leader for our large and successful Sixth Form. The Director of Sixth Form will also be the IB Coordinator and a member of the Senior School Leadership Team (SSLT) contributing to the overall development of the Senior School. The British International School, Cairo (BISC) is a well established IBDP school with consistently high levels of achievement. The majority of our students go to top tier universities around the world including the UK, USA, Canada and Europe.

Previous experience of a leadership role within an IBDP context is essential for this post along with a commitment to the values inherent in the IBLP and the CAS programme.

- graduate in a related degree with qualified teacher status, IB experience and evidence of masters level research;
- experience with regards to preparing students for the IBDP and higher education institutions around the world;
