Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Data Analytics & Asset Information Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.
**Job Summary**:
The Data Analytics & Asset Information Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective data strategy and governance framework that supports the strategic objectives of the company. This role involves managing the integrity, security, and accessibility of critical asset information, coordinating data governance roles, and ensuring compliance with information management standards. The manager will drive continuous improvement in data quality and manage the implementation of innovative technologies to enhance asset information management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies for asset management and performance optimization.
- Oversee the integration of asset data into centralized analytics platforms for real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Develop and manage predictive models and advanced analytics for asset reliability and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure data collection processes and asset performance metrics are aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in asset management strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies that improve asset management processes.
- Establish performance benchmarks for assets and implement monitoring mechanisms to ensure consistent performance.
- Develop and present actionable insights to senior leadership to support decision-making on asset optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to asset data management.
- Manage a team of data scientists and analysts, providing mentorship and guidance in advanced data analytics techniques.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to implement data-driven solutions for asset management challenges.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analytics capabilities.
- Provide training and support to non-technical stakeholders to improve data literacy and understanding of analytics outputs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on asset management or industrial data analytics. Proven track record of developing and deploying predictive models and working with large datasets in a business or industrial context.
- Experience with asset management software, IoT sensors, and predictive maintenance tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability and at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing a team of professionals/ experts.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements related to data management.
- Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency.

**Skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
- Experience with asset management platforms and predictive analytics technologies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
