We're looking for interns to join our** Data Engineering** team at Raisa

Raisa is an energy fintech company that uses proprietary technologies to manage large investments in the United States. As part of our awesome Data Engineering team, you will go through the full Data Engineering cycle by owning and developing projects from scratch, testing them against real-life data and productizing them to deliver actual business value to Raisa stakeholders. You will have a dedicated mentor to guide you throughout your internship and you will get the opportunity to collaborate and exchange ideas with our amazing Data Science and Software Engineering teams as well.

**Now, what you will be working on - the duties**
- Developing and maintaining ETL & ELT pipelines using different tool(s)
- Participating in designing and brainstorming project(s)
- Researching key concept(s)

**Technical**

**Must have**
- Experience with python
- Experience in SQL
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience with version control tools (ex: git)
- Familiarity with Machine learning concepts and process
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Nice to have**
- Experience with data build tools (ex: dbt)
- Experience with python package management tools (ex: pip, conda)
- Experience in building & productizing machine learning models.
- Experience with CI\CD pipeline tools (ex: github actions, azure pipelines, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with data modelling (ERD) concepts
- Familiarity with Cloud Data warehouses (ex: snowflake)
- Familiarity with cloud service providers (ex: azure, aws)

**Non-technical**
- Finished your 2nd year at a relevant university
- Genuine interest to learn
- Awesome research skills, passion for data
- Excellent language & communication skills
- High sense of ownership & teamwork
