**About Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Operation and Support Engineer to join the team that creates new complex solutions for government clients from the Middle East.
**Your impact**:
- Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and reliability across production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users
- Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to enhance system efficiency
- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
- Assist in incident response and disaster recovery efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations and support
**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone who has**:
- 5+ years of experience as an Operations and Support Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Experience with working in service management tools like Zendesk or Jira Service Desk
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
