Overview:
A Change Enablement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring PepsiCo’s Global IT transformational initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption of the new solutions via strategic change roadmaps. She/he focuses on the people side of change - including changes to organizational structure, business processes, systems and technology, and job roles. This role will provide strategic change enablement leadership, development, and execution for the Global IT transformational initiatives. This leader will also provide coaching and development of junior, inexperienced Change Leaders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide change enablement expertise
- Develop and execute the integrated change enablement strategy for key strategic IT transformations/initiatives.
- Align the change enablement approach across the IT initiatives to ensure consistency in change enablement work
- Engage IT Executives and key stakeholders to build sponsorship and to embed change enablement in all key Global IT initiatives
- Help refine the metrics of success for change enablement; measure and show change enablement results.
- Measure scope, activities, progress, risks and successes of change enablement work
- Lead and develop change enablement team members (potential for having mid-level manager direct reports)

Qualifications:

- 7-10 years organizational change management experience
- Experience in establishing adoption scorecards and metrics of success
- Understands the concepts around building change capability
- Big picture expertise and ability to think strategically and convey leadership messages effectively while influencing and building global relationships at all levels
- Adept at learning business and creating internal partnerships and recommending strategies that fit the culture and business needs
- High level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates active listening skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Executive maturity
- Fosters an environment of collaboration and innovation
- Demonstrates sensitivity and awareness of crosscultural implications
- Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment where all people feel respected and valued for their contributions
- Ability to succeed in virtual communities
