As part of our regional expansion, we are seeking a creative and results-driven **Social Media Specialist (French Speaker)** to join our marketing team.

We are looking for a dynamic **Social Media Specialist fluent in French and English** to manage our online presence across various platforms targeting French-speaking markets in West Africa. You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, paid advertising, and performance analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to French-speaking markets.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (especially through Meta Ads Manager).
- Interact with followers and respond to comments/messages professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of professional experience in social media marketing.
- Fluency in **French and English** — written and spoken (required).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and ad management tools.
- Creative writing skills and basic understanding of visual content.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Preferred: Prior experience in the **pharmaceutical** or **medical** industries.
