Our client is a leading FMCG in the field of Consumer Goods, and they are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables Accountant to join their team.

As an AR Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivables function of the organization. This includes monitoring and analyzing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Key responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the accounts receivables process and improve cash flow.
- Monitoring customer accounts to identify potential issues and taking proactive measures to resolve them.
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and following up on any outstanding payments.
- Managing the credit control function and setting appropriate credit limits for customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer transactions and resolving any billing disputes.
- Providing regular reports on accounts receivables performance to management.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and implementing improvements to the accounts receivables process as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivables Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounts receivables principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
