Review all clients contracts according to company financial standard policy. Review client’s offers as per company financial standard pricing policy. Follow up client’s check collection and returns. Performing day-to-day AR transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording. Audit collection requests. Research and resolve client financial discrepancies and issues. Prepare analysis of accounts receivables (Aging - Collections). Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports. Clients Installments status follow up. Monitor accounts to ensure collection is recorded up to date. Correspond with Clients and respond to inquiries. Produce monthly Accounts receivable and Banks reports. Assist with month end closing. Prepare and submit related tax forms. Review daily bank statements. Prepare Monthly bank reconciliation. Support Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting from a reputable university. A Postgraduate or Professional certificate is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization More than 7 years of experience in accounting. More than 5 years of experience in the Real estate and construction sector is MUST. Cairo residence is a MUST, Prefer New Cairo residence or surrounding areas. **Skills**:Mathematical and accounting skills. Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially "Excel “. Teamwork player. Active.
