**Job Description: Photo Editor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and select photos for editing from raw files.
- Retouch, color correct and enhance images to meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other team members to understand project goals and creative vision.
- Ensure consistency in style, color, and quality across all edited photos.
- Manage photo archives and maintain a well-organized library of assets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new editing technologies to improve efficiency and creativity.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of color correction, retouching, and image manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with digital photography and camera raw formats.
- Knowledge of file formats, resolutions, and best practices for web and print.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Photo Editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of editing styles and techniques.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas and perspectives to projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
