**Job Title: Medical Representative**

As a Medical Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our company's patient solutions and establishing strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Your

**responsibilities will include**:
**Adherence to Company Standards**:Align with the company’s vision, mission, and internal policies in all aspects of your work, including customer interactions and activity execution.

**Territory Management**: Plan and manage your assigned territories efficiently to maximize coverage and impact.

**Promotion and Sales**: Advocate for the company’s patient solutions to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Use your medical and product knowledge, along with promotional materials, to address customer needs and persuade them to prescribe our solutions.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Deliver outstanding customer service, handle objections skillfully, and build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

**Sales Targets**: Consistently achieve or surpass the company’s sales targets.

**Market and Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to relevant departments. Report on market dynamics, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors’ activities.

**Event Coordination**:Organize and execute approved Continuous Medical Education (CME) events and Patient Support Programs (PSP) to engage with potential customers and improve patient outcomes.

**Internal Communication**:Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments through various communication platforms.

**Reporting**: Maintain accurate and timely reports on daily activities and sales performance to direct and top managers.

**Professional Development**: Attend company business meetings, cycle business meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on company strategies and product knowledge.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to our mission of enhancing patient care and advancing healthcare solutions.

Pay: E£7,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Medical Degree: 2 years (preferred)
