Identifies current & future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service & equipment technical & engineering information by answering questions and requests during the bidding phase.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales plan.
- Complies with state & local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions.
- Coordinates with the technical office and bidding team ensuring the prepared bids/offers is in compliance with the sales deal.
- Follows up regularly updating all pipeline tracker with all prospect jobs; this is to support the sales activities.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

**Personal Skills**:

- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent Presentation.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good computer skills.

**Technical Skills**:

- 5 - 8 years’ experience in a relevant field
- Preferable experience in solar and service business

**Education**:
Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
