Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a SAP Manufacturing Specialist for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP modules supporting manufacturing processes (e.g.,PP, MM, QM).
- Act as the primary contact for SAP manufacturing module queries and technical issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to analyze requirements and deliver SAP-based solutions aligned with production needs.
- Ensure effective data flow and integration between SAP manufacturing modules and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct testing, validation, and debugging of SAP system configurations, updates, and customizations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance through SAP tools.
- Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation for SAP manufacturing functionalities.
- Support incident and problem management processes related to SAP manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with IT, digital manufacturing and cybersecurity CoE team members to ensure robust security and compliance.
- Participate in project planning and execution for SAP manufacturing system upgrades or new implementations.
- Monitor and report on SAP system performance metrics, addressing any bottlenecks or issues.
- Work with third-party vendors and consultants to deliver manufacturing enhancements in SAP.
- Contribute to cross-functional workshops and discussions to align SAP solutions with business requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of SAP advancements, trends, and best practices in manufacturing.
- Support change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new SAP functionalities in manufacturing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP manufacturing modules, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven expertise in SAP PP, MM, and QM modules, with hands-on experience in configuration and support.
- Proven track record of leading SAP Manufacturing-related projects, initiatives, or audits, demonstrating project management skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency.
