Plan started working in Egypt in 1981 and has a presence in ten of the 27 governorates in which the country including Greater Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, Beheira, Kalyoubia, Damietta, Qena, Assuit and Sohag. Plan international Egypt implements programmes designed to enable communities to improve the lives of the most marginalised children and their families. Plan Egypt’s Country Strategy focuses on five strategic objectives.
Through a five-interconnected, gender transformative and context-fit country objectives, PIE intends along with the various stakeholders at all levels to continue delivering positive and transformative changes so that “Children, especially girls, and young people grow up in an enabling environment, realizing their rights and contributing in both development and humanitarian settings as active agents of change”.

Driven by the overall purpose of PII and anchored on Plan International core values, bolder commitment to gender transformation and feminist leadership, program quality and influencing and a more vibrant and efficient operating model, the five strategic objectives of the country strategy include:
Promoting sexual reproductive health rights, services and facilities so that girls and women can realize their rights and grow up capable of making informed decisions and choices.

Creating economic empowerment opportunities and spaces so that girls, children and young people can overcome barriers that hinder their own development and continue growing up as empowered citizens capable of leading their own development.

Combating Violence against children, girls and women so that they can grow up in safe environments and actively participate in making positive and lasting changes in their lives and communities at large.

Strengthening the resilience, enhancing the preparedness and improving the response of the marginalized communities including refugees and migrants to climate change, crises and natural disasters. This will also include tackling the root causes of irregular migration.

Promoting the active engagement and leadership of young people including girls in decision making and inclusive spaces to foster sustainable changes in their lives as equal and empowered citizens.,

**Purpose**:
Provide the required operational support to Delta Program Units (PUs) “Alex, Demieta and Behera” team members enabling them to trigger positive changes in the lives of marginalized children and communities, while ensuring that Plan Egypt’s operations policies are understood, applied and adhered to by the team members. Through working in tandem with the PUs’ leadership team, the OP retains final accountability for timely and quality delivery of the requested services contributing to the recognition of Plan Egypt as a fair, accountable and transparent organization.

**Dimensions of the Role**: The post holder reports to Delta Program Units Manager (PUM) is responsible for overall operations and administrative process at the PUs Coordinate the development and monitor the implementation of the admin budget of the PUs in line with the approved annual plan. The post holder manages the drivers and janitors in the PUs.
Prepare quarterly reports to submit to Country office (Logistic report - security report - travel data report - procurement report - fixed assets reports)
Process all admin related transactions into SAP concerning procurement with direct orders within the limit of 80000 EGP, registering new suppliers, registering part-time staff, and extracting relevant reports.
Conduct visits to newly registered suppliers and brief them on Plan policies,
Participate in the annual assessment of suppliers and service providers.
Manage recruitment and termination processes within the DELTA area in accordance with Social Insurance and labor office procedures.
Manage premises lease contracts, in addition to insurance of premises and assets
Quality Program design Oversee the implementation of the operations transactions within the PUs ensuring their alignment with the approved policies. Collaborate with the PUs leadership and the relevant CO-staff ensuring that the PUs’ staff is kept updated and informed on the operational changes within Plan.
